Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days. Counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. To make the return, you have to send us the product in perfect conditions, without using it and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels, and instructions for use. The customer is responsible for sending the return to our warehouse.
It is imperative that you return the perfectly packaged products. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
Refunds
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, ibkbike.com will accept the return of the product and will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount according to the form of payment made:
A. If you made the payment through credit card or Paypal, you would be paid the amount on the same credit card or Paypal account.
B. If you made the payment against reimbursement or by transfer, we would request an account number where you can pay the amount.
Note: In the case of cancellation of the order by the customer or ibkbike.com, refunds will be made the same day or the day after the cancellation of the purchase (orders without shipments). In the case of other reimbursements, you will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt in our warehouse of the returned product.
If you want to change the size of a product, we advise you to contact our Customer Service to manage it. You can request the change of size from our website in your control panel or by email. In the changes of the size you do not have to manage any shipment, we send you to a transport agency to pick up your product, and we ship the new product at no cost to you.
Bicycles and frame return costs
The BUYER will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the bicycle to our facilities.
In the case of return of bicycles, the SELLER reserves the right to withhold an amount equivalent to 15% of the purchase concerning the management, assembly, reservation of the bike, and transportation costs. In the case of bicycle frames, the amount withheld will be 10% of the purchase. These provisions do not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.
