Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and lightweight bib shorts that will also protect you from the cold so as not to compromise your workouts. The Thermosystem Ketaren fabric meets these premises, it is developed with a type of very light fibres that guarantee protection against the cold and provide warmth to the cyclist, these fibres are quick drying and transport the sweat vapour to the outside of the fabric very quickly, the touch on contact with the skin transmits a pleasant feeling of comfort.
The pattern is designed to offer a very comfortable bib shorts for long rides and to facilitate the transport of small objects that are necessary during the route. The panels that make up the bib shorts are arranged in such a way that compression is moderate, the seams on the inner thighs are eliminated for a precise fit that remains stable throughout the route and the micro-perforated fabric on the back and shoulders improves breathability with a pleasant feeling of freshness. On the legs and lumbar area, two ergonomic pockets are added respectively, allowing the safe transport of food for the route or small objects, improving the carrying capacity offered by a jersey or access on the move if they were carried in a backpack.
We use Etxeondo Precision & Movement technology that allows us to give the perfect anatomical shape to the Eraso chamois pad so that its adaptation to the rider and its positioning in the bib shorts is unbeatable. The pad is attached to the bib shorts using elastic threads so that the stitching moves fluidly along with the fabric.
The Eraso chamois pad is constructed in one piece using high-density, fully breathable hydrophilic foam that wicks sweat away to the outside, keeping the core dry at all times. The properties of the hydrophilic foam improve the absorption of impacts produced during pedalling and its central channel relieves pressure from the perineal area. The microfibre outer fabric reduces skin temperature on friction and no glue or printing is used to avoid any allergic reaction or excessive heating of the skin, as well as being antibacterial treated.
